How to book?

We have a professional sale team, that will be happy to assist you in all the process for booking any service. We will need from your personal passport information, the confirmation of the service that You want to get. The first deposit payment confirmation is required in order to book any service. For the payment We have different options like PayPal, Visa and bank transaction these will be detailed on the booking quotation.

Will I have a premeeting briefing session?

Yes, You will. The briefing session will be one day before at 18:00pm (as usual) at your hotel. This is very important to meet your tour guide and if is a group service to meet all the group.

Where I can leave my personal belongings?

You can leave your belongings at your hotel, if is not possible You can leave it at the transport the day that We will pick You up for the trek, then We will take it to our storage.

Do I Need to bring extra cash for the trek?

It is recommended to get some extra cash; you will find in some portion of the trek some snacks and souvenirs so the local currency Soles will be helpful and in Case You can’t continue with the hike there will be extra cost involved on the transportation back and accommodation that it will be needed to be prepared.

How much should I tip for the trekking team?

Tips are not included in the price package, nevertheless, It is customary to tip at the end of the service You can coordinate with the whole group and decide how much You can tip for the whole trekking team.

Do I need to bring my own day pack?

We will provide a duffle bag this one our porters will carry for You, a small daypack is recommended for your personal items that You consider important to carry, We recommend not carry to much thing on the way this will be heavy.

Is There electricity on the trail?

At the Campsites there are no electricity all the time, so You will need to bring extra charger for your devices. But We will give you electricity by generator per hours.

Will I have the chance to take a shower at the camp sites?

Shower will be possible at the campsites in the following way the first Campsite is not recommended but You can Take a shower, the second campsite and the third campsite You can get a hot shower. .

What happen if I get Altitude sickness or I won’t be able to continue with the trek?

We recommend You to take some general medication for altitude sicknesses, you should know what medication you can take and which one is good for you, of course if you have medical restriction, you should let us know. Our tour will have a basic first aid kit. In case that You won’t be able to continue the hike, you will need to come back to the started point of the trek this can will be possible only the first day and at the beginning of the second day and this will be with the company of the assistance guide or a qualified porter. In this case the extra money will be helpful to get the transportation and accommodation in Ollantaytambo town or Cusco up to your preference, you will need to get a new train ticket from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes town a day before of the main day at Machupicchu so You can Join your group.

I f You get sick and You can’t continue on the day 3 of the program is better to Continue the trail to Machupicchu -Agua Calientes town because of the proximity.

Can I go as a solo traveler?

In order to run the service, we need at least two pax, as a solo traveler You can join a group that We already have you will need to be in touch with our sale Team in order to let you know the available days for the service.
